- Le New-York Times d'aujourd'hui viens de révéler que les autorités américaines de la concurrence (FTC) viennent de se pencher sur les liaisons qu'entretiennent les deux conseils d'administration de Google et Apple. La cause de cette interrogation : deux personnes, Eric Schmidt (PDG de Google) et Arthur Levinson, qui siègent aux conseils d'administration des deux entreprises en question. Or la loi fédérale interdit de faire partie des conseils d'administration de deux entreprises rivales si cela doit affecter le jeu de la concurrence entre elles. Et c'est la qu'est le problème. - T-Mobile fait interdire un logiciel de VoIP sur iPhone
- T-Mobile a saisi le Tribunal régional de Hambourg concernant un logiciel de VoIP pour iPhone. Le logiciel baptisé Sipgate permettait en effet d'utiliser l'une des fonctions interdites par les opérateurs distribuant le terminal d'Apple, à savoir la VoIP. L'opérateur a fait savoir que le logiciel allait à l'encontre des conditions d'utilisation du téléphone. Le logiciel a donc été interdit, sans même que ses concepteurs ne soient entendus. - Les LAN interdites en Allemagne
- Devant le constat tiré par le gouvernement allemand selon lequel les jeux vidéos sont à la base de la recrudescence de violence, notamment armée, ayant lieu ces dernières années dans la rue et les établissements scolaires, les parties multijoueurs organisées physiquement (les LAN) ainsi que les FPS dans les cybercafés ont tout simplement été interdits. Cette mesure semble toutefois prendre des proportions tout à fait disproportionnées, les jeux vidéos ne pouvant pas tout expliquer. De plus, on peut largement douter de son efficacité, surtout lorsque l'on sait qu'il sera possible aux gamers de jouer chez eux, ou en ligne. Les seules LAN et les cyber ne pouvant être tenus pour seuls responsables. Après la Chine avec la censure globale, la France avec l'Hadopi, l'Allemagne semble vouloir se mettre au niveau.
